Designated Warehouse definition

Designated Warehouse means each warehouse:
Designated Warehouse is a Producer appointed warehouse from among iTea approved warehouses at the export exit points where Buyers have easy access to the teas after they have bought.

  • Under no circumstances shall MTF bear any such freight, shipping or related charges incurred to deliver DBM from the BBC Designated Warehouse (all of which shall be the responsibility of BBC).

  • All sales of the R Stents to Spectranetics shall be made F.O.B. to the "Spectranetics Designated Warehouse," as defined.

  • BBC Inventory shall mean DBM which is purchased by BBC for use with Nxxx-1, and delivered to the BBC Designated Warehouse hereunder.

  • BBC Designated Warehouse shall mean the warehouse location within MTF’s facilities (initially at 1000 Xxx-Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx), dedicated for storage of BBC Inventory in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • Risk of loss of all units of the R Stent sold hereunder shall pass to Spectranetics, and OrbusMT's responsibility for loss or damage to any R Stent shall cease, immediately upon delivery of the R Stents to the Spectranetics Designated Warehouse.

  • Risk of loss for Units and Components shall pass to II from Affiliate upon delivery to II's Designated Warehouse.

  • The location of the Spectranetics Designated Warehouse in any one Territory may not be changed more than once yearly.

  • The "Spectranetics Designated Warehouse" means a single location in each of the Territories to which orders shall be shipped.

  • Chain pharmacy warehouse means a physical location for prescription drugs that acts as a central warehouse and performs intracompany sales or transfers of the prescription drugs to a group of chain pharmacies that have the same common ownership and control.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Designated facility means (a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility which :

  • Warehouse means a person engaged in the business of storing goods for hire.

  • Small wireless facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications:

  • Overall width of a vehicle means a dimension which is measured according to ISO standard 612-1978, term No. 6.2. In the case of vehicles of category other than M1, in addition to the provisions of that standard, when measuring the vehicle width the following devices shall not be taken into account:

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Contracted Services means medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services provided according to a documented agreement between a health care institution and the person providing the medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.
