Detail Costs definition

Detail Costs means, with respect to any period, the Detail Rate multiplied by the number of Details by a Party during such period.
Detail Costs means the direct compensation and benefits paid to professional sales representatives making Details, including travel and any out-of-pocket costs, to the extent specifically attributable to the promotion of Collaboration Products.

More Definitions of Detail Costs

Detail Costs means those costs incurred in accordance with the Joint Commercialization Plan and Budget and specifically identifiable and directly attributable to Detailing the Joint Product in the United States, which shall be determined in accordance with Section 5.2.2(c)(ii) (FTE Records and Calculation).
Detail Costs means with respect to a Detail provided by either Party in the U.S., the cost-per-Detail as set forth in the budget within the applicable Joint Commercialization Plan, which cost-per-Detail shall be based on the position of the Licensed Product during such Detail. ​

Related to Detail Costs

  • Travel costs ’ means expenses for transportation, lodging, subsistence (meals and incidentals), and related expenses incurred by employees who are on travel status on official business of the recipient for any travel outside the country in which the organization is located. “Travel costs” do not include expenses incurred by employees who are not on official business of the recipient, such as rest and recuperation (R&R) travel offered as part of an employee’s benefits package that are consistent with the recipient’s personnel and travel policies and procedures.

  • Personnel Costs means the costs of researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the relevant project or activity;

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Marketing Costs which means such reasonable charge for marketing of ores and concentrates sold or of concentrates tolled as is consistent with generally accepted industry marketing practices;

  • Costs means, with respect to the Non-Defaulting Party, brokerage fees, commissions, legal expenses and other similar third party transaction costs and expenses reasonably incurred by such Party in entering into any new arrangement which replaces this Agreement.

  • Reasonable Costs means the reasonable actual costs and expenses incurred by us in carrying out any further Audit under this Contract, including, but not limited to, reasonable travel and subsistence costs;

  • Estimated Costs means costs estimated by the Authority as likely to be:

  • Legal Costs of a person means legal costs incurred by that person in defending an action for a Liability of that person.

  • Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.

Expenses also shall include Expenses incurred in connection with any appeal resulting from any Proceeding (as defined below), including without limitation the principal, premium, security for, and other costs relating to any cost bond, supersedeas bond, or other appeal bond or its equivalent. Expenses, however, shall not include amounts paid in settlement by Indemnitee or the amount of judgments or fines against Indemnitee.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Third Party Expenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.5.

  • Additional Costs has the meaning given that term in Section 4.1.

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes.
