Determination of compliance means a written determination
Determination of compliance. Performance is monitored once every quarter for all report periods. For quarterly reports that are issued on or after July 1, 2007, an MCP will be determined to be noncompliant for the quarter if the standard is not met in any report period and the initial instance of noncompliance in a report period is determined on or after July 1, 2007. Once the MCP is performing at standard levels and violations/deficiencies are resolved to the satisfaction of ODJFS, the money will be refunded.
