Developed Work definition

Developed Work means any work of whatsoever nature which is produced for or on behalf of or at the request of BP as part of the Services or which otherwise arises during the Supplier’s performance of the Services.
Developed Work means any and all Technology that is developed or reduced to practice in the process of developing and delivering the Deliverables.
Developed Work means any and all Technology and Derivative works that Consultant may solely, or with Client, develop or reduce to practice in the process of developing and delivering the Deliverables, not including any and all Client Provided Third Party Technology, Client Work, Consultant Provided Third Party Technology and Retained Works.

Examples of Developed Work in a sentence

  • Goods and any Developed Work shall be vested by the Supplier in BP with full legal, beneficial and unencumbered title.

  • The Supplier shall deliver the Goods and/or Services and Developed Work at the time, in full quantity, and to the location specified in the PO or as otherwise notified by BP.

More Definitions of Developed Work

Developed Work means all work product (including Externals), developed in the performance of this Agreement as described in a SOW. Developed Work does not include Licensed Work, Preexisting Materials, Tools, or items specifically excluded in a SOW.

Related to Developed Work

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.
