Development Change Record definition

Development Change Record has the meaning set out in Schedule 6 [Changes, Minor Works and Innovation Proposals];
Development Change Record has the meaning set out in Section 6.3 of this Schedule 12 [Changes]; “Development Change Record Confirmation” has the meaning set out in Section 6.3 of this Schedule 12 [Changes];
Development Change Record has the meaning given in Section 1.1 [Alternate Process] of Appendix 14-A [Design Development Change Procedure];

Examples of Development Change Record in a sentence

  • If an objection is resolved, then following such resolution, the parties will record the terms of the Development Change (the “Development Change Record Confirmation”), and such Development Change Record Confirmation will be signed on behalf of the parties.

  • Following the issue of a Development Change Record Confirmation, the parties will promptly proceed with implementation of the applicable Development Change on the terms set out in the applicable Development Change Record Confirmation.

  • Promptly after preparing a Development Change Record, and in any event prior to implementation of the agreed Development Change, Project Co will deliver a copy of the Development Change Record to the Authority’s Design and Construction Representative.

  • If, within 5 Business Days after receipt of a Development Change Record, the Authority’s Design and Construction Representative objects in writing to the Development Change Record on the basis that it is not an accurate representation of the parties’ agreement, the parties will meet to discuss the Development Change and attempt to resolve the objection.

  • Where there is no objection to a proposed Development Change within the 5 Business Day period specified in Section 6.3 of this Schedule, the Development Change Record will become the Development Change Record Confirmation.

  • Within 5 Business Days after receipt of a Design Development Change Record, the City’s Representative will either confirm the Design Development Change or object to the Design Development Change Record on the basis that it is not an accurate representation of the Parties’ agreement.

  • If the City objects to the Design Development Change Record, the Parties shall meet to discuss the Design Development Change and attempt to resolve the objection.

  • Where there is no objection to a proposed Development Change within the 5 Business Day period specified in Section 5.3 of this Schedule, the Development Change Record will become the Development Change Record Confirmation.

  • A Development Change Record Confirmation will be binding on the parties.

  • Promptly after preparing a Development Change Record, and in any event prior to implementation of the agreed Development Change, Project Co will deliver a copy of the Development Change Record to the Authority’s Representative.

Related to Development Change Record

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • development charge means a charge imposed pursuant to this By-law;

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Study Data means all data, databases, documents, reports and other information resulting from, collected or developed in the performance of the Study;

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Background Material means any pre-existing works in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by either Party, which have been prepared by that Party outside the scope of this Agreement or which were licensed from a third party by that Party.”

  • Feasibility Study means the evaluation and analysis of the potential of a project, which aims at supporting the process of decision-making by objectively and rationally uncovering its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as identifying the resources required to carry it through and ultimately its prospects for success;

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Evaluation Material shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.3(a).

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
