Development Improvements definition

Development Improvements means the buildings and other structures and facilities to be situated upon the Development Land and any owned or leased personal property or trade fixtures and equipment situated thereon, but excluding the Development Land.

More Definitions of Development Improvements

Development Improvements. Means structures, buildings and accoutrements constructed by DEVELOPER in compliance with Implementation Plans comprised of the following:
Development Improvements means any one of the Affordable Development Improvements or the Market Rate Development Improvements, as applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, improvements to the Commercial Parcel, Civic Parcel and Plaza Parcel are all excluded from the definition of "Development Improvements."
Development Improvements for the purposes of this section shall include those portions of Public Infrastructure and certain approved site improvements, including, but not limited to, signage, landscaping, and other site improvements, as approved by the City Council and described in an amendment or addendum that complies with Section 11 of this MDA. Upon approval of any Development Application by the City for the Property or any portion thereof, the City shall provide for the reimbursement of those actual construction costs incurred for the Development Improvements as provided in this section 7.3.
Development Improvements means all improvements to the TIF Parcel.

Related to Development Improvements

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Joint Improvements means (a) any and all Improvements to the Acceleron Technology created, conceived or reduced to practice, and, in the case of patentable Improvements, Invented, solely by Celgene, its Affiliates, agents or by Third Parties acting on their behalf, while performing activities under this Agreement; and (b) any and all Improvements to the Acceleron Technology or Joint Technology created, conceived or reduced to practice, and, in the case of patentable Improvements, Invented, jointly by Acceleron and Celgene, their respective Affiliates, agents or Sublicensees or by Third Parties acting on their behalf, while performing activities under this Agreement; provided, however, that Joint Improvements shall not include any Improvement that is a Celgene Improvement or Acceleron Improvement.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:
