Development Manager Fee definition

Development Manager Fee has the meaning given to that term in Section 5.1.

  • Development Manager covenants and agrees with the City and CSERELP to apply the funds deposited into the Project Account by the City and CSERELP pursuant to this Agreement to the payment of Project Costs to the proper Persons, or, in the case of the Development Manager Fee, to itself.

The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
