Development Notice definition

Development Notice means a written project plan for a Joint Development Activity specifying the development objectives, the expected results, and the market need.
Development Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.
Development Notice shall have the meaning given to it in Section 3.2(d).

  • Development Notice Signs will be located in a manner which does not interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic or obstruct visibility from streets, lanes or driveways and must be installed in a safe, sturdy manner capable of withstanding wind and weather.
