Development Sites definition

Development Sites shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

  • Neither the Company nor the Operating Partnership has knowledge of any pending or threatened condemnation proceeding, zoning change or other proceeding or action that will, in any material manner, affect the size of, use of, improvements on, development of, construction on or access to, the Properties or the Development Sites, except such proceedings or actions that would not have a Material Adverse Affect.

  • All material liens, charges, encumbrances, claims, restrictions on or affecting any of the Properties or Development Sites and the assets of the Company, the Operating Partnership, the subsidiaries or any Property Partnership which are required to be disclosed in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus are disclosed therein.

More Definitions of Development Sites

Development Sites means the site or sites set forth in Exhibit A or which have been otherwise notified to SCEA in writing as locations where Developer is authorized to develop Executable Software, subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement. In no event shall the location of an unlicensed developer be designated a Development Site and Developer shall bear all risks, liability and responsibility relating to any development by an unlicensed developer.
Development Sites means in respect of a given stage of the Asset Provision works the construction sites for such stages of the Asset Provision works as set out in Part A (Asset Provision Proposals) of Schedule 2 (Contractor’s Proposals);
Development Sites means the premises specified in writing by you to us on which the Development Tools will be used under this Agreement, or such other premises as we may expressly authorise in writing prior to the relocation of the Development Tools.
