Development Sites definition

Development Sites shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.
Development Sites means any Category 1 Properties or Category 2 Properties orCategory 3 Properties (as applicable) and references to a "Development Site" shall be construed as references to the whole or any part of a Development Site as the context shall require;
Development Sites means the sites for the construction of the Development Project specifically identified in Xxxxxxxx XXX;

Examples of Development Sites in a sentence

  • Street trees must be protected in accordance with the Australian Standard 4970 Protection of Trees on Development Sites.

  • All healthy trees and shrubs identified for retention on the approved drawings are to be suitably protected in accordance with Section 4, Tree protection measures, and Appendix C Tree Protection Zone Sign, of Australian Standard AS4970 - 2009, Protection of Trees on Development Sites, prior to the commencement of any works (including any demolition and excavation) and maintained for the duration of the works.

  • All street trees directly outside the site must be retained and protected in accordance with the Australian Standard 4970 Protection of Trees on Development Sites.

More Definitions of Development Sites

Development Sites means the site or sites set forth in Exhibit A or which have been otherwise notified to SCEA in writing as locations where Developer is authorized to develop Executable Software, subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement. In no event shall the location of an unlicensed developer be designated a Development Site and Developer shall bear all risks, liability and responsibility relating to any development by an unlicensed developer.
Development Sites means in respect of a given stage of the Asset Provision works the construction sites for such stages of the Asset Provision works as set out in Part A (Asset Provision Proposals) of Schedule 2 (Contractor’s Proposals);
Development Sites means those Real Properties acquired for development purposes and listed in Part I of the Real Property Schedule;
Development Sites means the premises specified in writing by you to us on which the Development Tools will be used under this Agreement, or such other premises as we may expressly authorise in writing prior to the relocation of the Development Tools.
Development Sites means, for any date, all of the Existing Sites and any Development Sites which have been identified by the Management Committee pursuant to Section 3.1 on or before such date, less any Development Sites which the Management Committee has eliminated from the list of Development Sites prior to such date pursuant to Section 3.1.
Development Sites means the Locations designated as “Development” sites set forth on Exhibit F.
