Differential Price definition

Differential Price means the summation of the equalizing elements of price for parameter differential or deficiencies in the equipment and services determined from the Bidder’s Proposal.
Differential Price means the summation of the equalizing elements of price while evaluating the Bids for deviation and deficiencies in the Bidders proposed equipment as per the guidelines mentioned in this “Instruction to Bidders” and the relevantTechnical Specification”.
Differential Price means the summation of the equalising elements of price while evaluating the bids, for deviations and deficiencies in the offer in reference to the bid document.

  • The Differential Price to be added to the Bid Price of each bid during evaluation and comparison shall be derived as under: Differential Price (DP)=n1F1+n2F2…+nnFn, where F1, F2…Fn are the various factors in Indian Rupees per unit of parameter differential or deficiency in the equipment and services offered as stipulated in these specifications: n1, n2…nn are the respective parameter differential or deficiency in the corresponding units to be determined from the Bidder’s proposal.

More Definitions of Differential Price

Related to Differential Price

  • Initial Price or “Initial Offer” means the price per Unit on the first day of the Initial Period determined by the Management Company.

  • Final Price means, with respect to a Security and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, subject to the Adjustment Provisions, the price of such Security as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Exchange on such Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be.

  • Day-ahead Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.

  • Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.

  • Multiplier means the Multiplier specified in the Table.

  • Strike Price means, except as otherwise provided by the Committee in the case of Substitute Awards, (i) in the case of a SAR granted in tandem with an Option, the Exercise Price of the related Option, or (ii) in the case of a SAR granted independent of an Option, the Fair Market Value on the Date of Grant.

  • Threshold means with respect to Party B: infinity.

  • Day-ahead Congestion Price means the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Unadjusted Reference Interest Rate Replacement means the Reference Interest Rate Replacement excluding the Reference Interest Rate Replacement Adjustment.
