Disaster Management Manual definition

Disaster Management Manual means the manual “Special Scheme for Post Disaster Rehabilitation”, meeting the requirements of paragraph 1(a) of Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended or updated from time to time with the prior written agreement of the World Bank and the Recipient, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to such manual.

  • A set of emergency procedures shall be formulated to deal with different emergency situations and the operations staff shall be trained to respond appropriately during emergency through periodic simulated exercises as laid down in a manual for management of disasters (the Disaster Management Manual) to be prepared and published by the Concessionaire prior to [Project COD].

  • The Concessionaire shall provide 5 (five) copies each of the Disaster Management Manual to the Authority and the Independent Expert no later than [30 (thirty)] days prior to Project COD.

  • The Recipient shall ensure that each Sub-project is the subject of a corresponding proposal for a Disaster Management Kelurahan Grant that has been prepared, submitted and reviewed in accordance with the guidelines, procedures and selection criteria set forth in the Project Manual, supplemental Disaster Management Manual and this Annex.

  • Each Sub-Project shall be selected from the Community Development Plan developed by the BKM of the Participating Kelurahan and meet the requirements set out in the Project Manual and supplemental Disaster Management Manual.

  • In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Project Manual or the supplemental Disaster Management Manual and this Agreement, the latter shall prevail.

  • The Licensee shall provide 5 (five) copies each of the Disaster Management Manual to the Authority and the Independent Expert no later than [30 (thirty)] days prior to Project COD.
