Dismissal Date definition

Dismissal Date means the date on which the Texas Litigation is dismissed against Endo pursuant to the Stipulation of Dismissal to be filed by the Parties pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Constructive Dismissal means, unless consented to by the Participant, any action that constitutes constructive dismissal of the Participant, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

  • Initiation Date means the date on which a financial creditor, corporate applicant or operational creditor, as the case may be, makes an application to the Adjudicating Authority for initiating corporate insolvency resolution process;

Released Plaintiff Claims also do not include the specific claims made by the plaintiff in The George Leon Family Trust v. Coleman, et al., Case No. 3:11-cv-05084-JAP-DEA.

  • Termination Time means the time at which the right to exercise Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 5.1;
