A Dissolution Notice may be given whether or not a Dissolution Request has been given to Certificateholders.
The Dissolution Notice shall be accompanied by a copy of the actual decree of dissolution or settlement agreement between the Optionee and the Optionee's spouse which provides for the award to the spouse of one or more Purchased Shares in settlement of any community property or other marital property rights such spouse may have in such shares.
The Special Purchase Right shall be exercisable by delivery of written notice (the "Purchase Notice") to the Optionee and the Optionee's spouse within thirty (30) days after the Corporation's receipt of the Dissolution Notice.
