Distribution Order definition

Distribution Order means an order of the Court approving the Claims Administrator’s administrative determinations concerning the acceptance and rejection of the claims submitted and approving any fees and expenses not previously paid, including the fees and expenses of the Claims Administrator and, if the Effective Date has occurred, directing payment of the Net Settlement Fund to Authorized Claimants.
Distribution Order means an order entered by the Court authorizing and directing that the Net Settlement Fund be distributed, in whole or in part, to Authorized Claimants.
