Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” shall mean the remainder of the Settlement Fund after deductions for court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs as described in Section 3.6(A), court-approved service payments to Named Plaintiffs as described in Section 3.3, the Reserve/Training Costs Fund as described in Section 3.5, and settlement administration fees and costs, as described in Section 2.1.
Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” means the “Settlement Payment” less: (a) the amount of any litigation expenses and/or costs approved by the Court and awarded to Plaintiffs’ Counsel; (b) the amount of any incentive award approved by the Court and paid to the Named Plaintiffs; and (c) any interest earned and attributable to these awards, respectively, while in escrow.
Net Settlement Fund. See Paragraph 10.
Net Settlement Fund. The Settlement Fund, reduced by the Initial Payments.
Net Settlement Fund. The Settlement Fund, less all taxes, expenses of the Notice and administration of the Settlement, and other court-approved expenses, attorneys’ fees, and class representative enhancement awards (the “Net Settlement Fund”) shall be distributed to members of the Class who timely submit valid Proofs of Claim (“Authorized Claimants”) as described below.

Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” means the Gross Settlement Fund minus Court-approved attorneys’ fees and expenses, Court-approved Service Awards to the Named Plaintiffs, any taxes which the Settlement Administrator is required to pay on SEPTA’s behalf on W-2 settlement proceeds, and the Settlement Administrators fees and expenses.
Net Settlement Fund. The Net Settlement Fund will consist of at least $14,000,000 of the Cash Settlement Fund. The Net Settlement Fund will first be allocated pro rata in an amount up to $175.00 to each Authorized Claimant who submits a Claim for the Cash Benefit. Any remaining funds in the Net Settlement Fund will be allocated pro rata to Authorized Claimants who bought more than one tube of Lash Boost, up to another $175.00 for one additional unit

(b) Any remaining funds in the Net Settlement Fund after the first distribution in 2.2(a) will be allocated pro rata to Authorized Claimants who bought more than one unit of the Products, up to another $150.00 for one additional unit purchased, with submission of documentary proof of multiple purchases of the Products. Proof of purchase shall include, but is not limited to, receipts, cancelled checks, or credit card statements showing payment(s) for purchases of the Products.
(c) If there are any funds in the Net Settlement Fund that remain unclaimed after allocation of the Cash Benefits and Cash Repeat Purchaser Benefits, the Parties agree to meet and confer on a plan of distribution within thirty
Net Settlement Fund. 75. The net settlement fund (“Net Settlement Fund”) is equal to the Settlement Fund plus any interest earned on that fund, less the following:
a. the amount of the Court-ordered Service Award to the Class Representative;
b. the amount of any Court-ordered award of Class Counsel’s attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses;
c. the amount of any other Court-ordered award of fees in connection with the settlement;
d. the amount of all Administrative Expenses, including but not limited to, all costs, expenses, and fees of the Settlement Administrator in performing any and all settlement administration, notice, distribution, or escrow related functions hereunder;
e. the amount of all costs, expenses, fees, and taxes associated with establishing or maintaining the Settlement Fund as a Qualified Settlement Fund as set forth in Section XIX, or otherwise, including but not limited to any payments to any Escrow Agent providing services hereunder;
f. the amount of all Administrative Expenses associated with issuance of Cash Awards, and/or disposition of Residual Funds after distribution of Cash Awards to Settlement Class Members; and
g. additional fees, costs, and expenses not specifically enumerated in subparagraphs (a) through (f) above, subject to agreement and approval of Class Counsel and Provident’s Counsel.
