District Program definition

District Program means that part of the SCW Program described in Section 16.05.B. of this Chapter.
District Program means those programs (e.g. French Immersion K – 12, Late French Immersion) established by the Board that have the entire School District as the catchment area. Upon leaving a district program to enter the regular program, the regular program catchment area will apply to the student for placement purposes
District Program means that part of the Safe, Clean Water (SCW) Program as described in Section 16.06(A)1 of this Chapter.

Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services.
