Docebo Data means proprietary information, including Materials controlled or created by Docebo and provided to Customer as part of the Services, excluding Customer Data and Third-Party Content (as defined in the Addendum).

Examples of Docebo Data in a sentence

  • All title, ownership rights, and Intellectual Property Rights in the Services, Docebo Software, the Documentation, Docebo Data, Docebo Content and all Docebo Marks (and all Derivative Works and copies thereof) are and will remain owned exclusively by Docebo or as applicable its licensors.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports).   • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);
