Domestic Loan Documents definition

Domestic Loan Documents means the Domestic Agreement and all instruments, documents, and agreements executed in connection with the Domestic Agreement.

Domestic Loan Documents is defined in Section 1(a).

More Definitions of Domestic Loan Documents

Domestic Loan Documents means the "Loan Documents" (as defined in the Domestic Loan Agreement).

Domestic Loan Documents means the Domestic Loan Agreement, any note or notes executed by Borrower or any other agreement entered into in connection with the Domestic Loan Agreement, between Borrower and Bank, all as may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time, but excluding any EXIM Loan Documents.

Domestic Loan Documents means the Domestic Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the Domestic Credit Agreement, and all amendments, restatements, supplements, modifications, renewals, extensions, increases and rearrangements of, and substitutions for, any of the foregoing.

Domestic Loan Documents means this Agreement (including the Holding Guaranty set forth herein), the Notes, the Letters of Credit, any Interest Hedge Agreements entered into with any Lender, the Fee Letter, and the Collateral Documents.
