Domestic Security Documents definition

Domestic Security Documents means a Domestic Pledge and Security Agreement, among each Domestic Subsidiary and the Domestic Administrative Agent and which shall secure the Obligations of (a) the Parent and the Domestic Subsidiaries under each of the Guaranties and (b) the Parent under this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Domestic Security Documents means, collectively, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time, those certain security agreements executed by the Borrower in favor of the Domestic Lenders from time to time, and any and all other agreements, deeds of trust, mortgages, chattel mortgages, security agreements, pledges, guaranties, assignments of production or proceeds of production, assignments of income, assignments of contract rights, assignments of partnership interests, assignments of royalty interests, assignments of performance, completion or surety bonds, standby agreements, subordination agreements, undertakings and other instruments and financing statements now or hereafter executed and delivered by any Person in connection with, or as security for the payment or performance of indebtedness of the Borrower to the Domestic Lenders under or in connection with the Domestic Loan Documents.

Domestic Security Documents means the Security Agreement, this Mortgage, the Other Mortgages and each other Security Document (as defined in the Credit Agreement) executed and delivered by a Domestic Credit Party (as defined in the Credit Agreement) pursuant to the Credit Agreement.

  • Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, any share pledge agreement governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.

  • Foreign Security Documents means any agreement or instrument entered into by any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower that is reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent providing for a Lien over the assets (including shares of other Subsidiaries) of such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreements, the Dutch Share Pledges, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Dutch law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • ABL Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

  • Additional Security Documents shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.12(a).
