Domestic Security Agreement definition

Domestic Security Agreement means the security agreement dated as of the Closing Date, and any other security agreement, given by the Domestic Credit Parties, as grantors, to the Domestic Collateral Agent to secure the obligations identified therein, in each case as the same may be amended, modified, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
Domestic Security Agreement means the Domestic Security Agreement among the US Borrower, the other Grantors named therein and the Administrative Agent, dated as of the Closing Date and substantially in the form of Exhibit G, together with each related security agreement supplement executed and delivered pursuant to Section 6.12.
Domestic Security Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Pledge and Security Agreement (including any and all supplements thereto), dated as of the date hereof, between the Domestic Loan Parties and the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
