Downgrade Fee definition

Downgrade Fee where relevant to the product is a one-time payment made each time that you ask us to move your Service level from a higher grade to a lower grade, limited to one request per month;
Downgrade Fee means the fee for Downgrade specified in the Service Schedule or Pricing Schedule. Download means data that is inbound to your internet connection. Excess Usage Charges means the charges payable for use over and above you Monthly Usage Allowance.
