Minimum Subscription Period definition

Minimum Subscription Period means the minimum period for the subscription of the Service by the Customer as specified in the Application Form and/or the terms thereunder or, in the absence of any specified minimum period there under, a period of twenty four (24) months from the Activation Date of the Service or, such other minimum period of subscription as may be determined by TM from time to time in accordance with Clause 4.1 herein.
Minimum Subscription Period means the minimum period of twelve (12) months for subscription of the Service by the Customer or such other minimum period for subscription of the Service as may be determined by TM from time to time, and as more particularly described in Clause 4 herein.
Minimum Subscription Period means the minimum subscription period of the Service as specified in the Specific Service Order and/or the terms there under or, in the absence of any specified minimum subscription period there under, a period of twelve (12) months from the Commencement Date of the Service.

Examples of Minimum Subscription Period in a sentence

  • In the event subscription to Super Stacker Mobile is terminated within the Minimum Subscription Period, an early termination charge calculated as follows shall apply: the monthly subscription fee for Super Stacker Mobile, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Minimum Subscription Period (which will include the month which termination occurs).

  • This resulted in a combined flight mishap rate across the time period of2.85 mishaps per 100,000 hours of flight operations.

More Definitions of Minimum Subscription Period

Minimum Subscription Period means the minimum period of subscription of any pack as determined by TM, for the avoidance of doubt the minimum subscription period of the Unifi TV Pack(s) shall be as determined in Clause 3.3 below;
Minimum Subscription Period means the minimum period for which the Customer must subscribe for the Device, as specified in clause 4.
Minimum Subscription Period means the period commencing on the start date of the Subscription Period as specified in the Order Form.
Minimum Subscription Period means the minimum period as stated in Section 5 in the Service Order Form for the subscription of the Services by the Customer and as more particularly described in Clause 3 of this Agreement.

Minimum Subscription Period means the term commencing on date of installation of the Equipment and the date twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) months thereafter.
