Examples of Minimum Subscription Period in a sentence
On expiry of a term of agreement, the Minimum Subscription Period will be extended by 12 months, if the Agreement has not been terminated in due time.
If the Agreement (or the individual Services under the Agreement) has not been terminated by the Customer at three (3) months’ notice before expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period, the term will automatically be extended by 12 months.
The Minimum Subscription Period for this Service is twelve months.
OpaaS features of the Services include provision of the Services through Designated Hardware located at the Customer Site, payment of Minimum Service Fee and Minimum Subscription Period, as described below.
The Agreement may be terminated at three (3) months’ written notice to expire on the last day of an extended Minimum Subscription Period.
