Downstream Transporter definition

Downstream Transporter means a third-party receiving Shipper’s Condensate at the Delivery Point(s).
Downstream Transporter means the pipeline or pipelines into which Dedicated Gas moved under the Contract will be delivered at the Delivery Points.
Downstream Transporter means any pipeline directly connected downstream of the Delivery Point(s).

  • Producers will be responsible for the marketing, scheduling, nominating, and nomination adjustments required each Month with the Downstream Transporter.

  • Accordingly, the Parties will negotiate in good faith to modify the provisions of this Contract through an amendment in order to implement standards adopted by the Downstream Transporters after the Effective Date or to otherwise harmonize the provisions of this Contract with the operating procedures, conditions, rules and tariffs of any Downstream Transporter.

  • In the event that the discrepancy is not resolved on a timely basis, Producers’ Scheduled Nomination will be deemed to be equal to the lesser of the delivery quantity nominated by Producers or the quantity confirmed by the Downstream Transporter.

  • Gatherer shall redeliver Producer’s Gas to Producer at the Delivery Point(s) and, subject to Article 3 of Exhibit A hereto, Producer’s Gas so delivered will meet the dew point and other quality specifications of the Downstream Transporter, as those quality specifications may change from time to time.

  • If any discrepancy exists between Producers’ Scheduled Nomination and the quantity confirmed by the Downstream Transporter at any Delivery Point, then Gatherer will notify Producers and Producers will be responsible for correcting the discrepancy and will timely re-nominate the corrected quantity.

  • Producer agrees that all Gas delivered to Company at the Receipt Point(s) hereunder shall be merchantable Gas which shall meet the highest standards of the quality specifications of any Downstream Transporter to which such Gas is nominated, but at a minimum shall meet the quality specifications set forth in Exhibit “B” hereto, as amended or established by Company from time to time in its sole reasonable discretion (the “Quality Specifications”).

  • If any discrepancy exists between Producers’ Scheduled Nomination and the quantity confirmed by the Downstream Transporter at any Delivery Point, SPECIFIC TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED.


More Definitions of Downstream Transporter

Downstream Transporter means the pipeline receiving gas at a Delivery or Redelivery Point;
Downstream Transporter means the applicable natural gas transporter (i) having facilities connected to the facilities of Gatherer (or its successors or assigns) at or near the tailgate of the Plant (as defined in the Processing Agreement) and (ii) receiving Residue Gas (as defined in the Processing Agreement) at such connection.
Downstream Transporter means those pipeline operators receiving Residue Gas and Plant Products for the account of Producer.

  • Downstream means carrying a transmission from the Headend to remote points on the Cable System or to Interconnection points on the Cable System.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Downstream Affiliate means an entity whose outstanding Voting Shares were, at the date of issuance of the Qualifying Guarantee, more than 50 per cent. owned, directly or indirectly, by the Reference Entity.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Universal waste transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of universal waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Terminal means a device authorized by a Party Lottery to function in an on-line, interactive mode with the lottery's computer gaming system for the purpose of issuing lottery tickets and entering, receiving, and processing lottery transactions, including purchases, validating tickets, and transmitting reports.

  • Marijuana producer means a person who produces marijuana in this state.

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
