Downstream Transporter definition

Downstream Transporter means a third-party receiving Shipper’s Condensate at the Delivery Point(s).
Downstream Transporter means the pipeline or pipelines into which Dedicated Gas moved under the Contract will be delivered at the Delivery Points.
Downstream Transporter means any pipeline downstream of the Delivery Point(s).

  • Gatherer shall redeliver Producer’s Gas to Producer at the Delivery Point(s) and, subject to Article 3 of Exhibit A hereto, Producer’s Gas so delivered will meet the dew point and other quality specifications of the Downstream Transporter, as those quality specifications may change from time to time.

  • Producers will be responsible for the marketing, scheduling, nominating, and nomination adjustments required each Month with the Downstream Transporter.

  • Accordingly, the Parties will negotiate in good faith to modify the provisions of this Contract through an amendment in order to implement standards adopted by the Downstream Transporters after the Effective Date or to otherwise harmonize the provisions of this Contract with the operating procedures, conditions, rules and tariffs of any Downstream Transporter.

  • If Downstream Transporter requires Gatherer to cash out Imbalances or imposes a penalty for any Imbalance, then Producers will pay to Gatherer, or receive from Gatherer, Producers’ pro rata share of the Imbalance cash-out amount and penalty.

  • Any revision to the Scheduled Nomination will be effective with such notice as will be necessary in order for the Downstream Transporter to take the revised nominations into account.

  • It is important to ensure that the Downstream Transporter is not adversely penalised either as a result of facilitating a request by NTS, or as a result of NTS delivering lower than Agreed pressures.

  • If the Downstream Transporter requires Gatherer to resolve Imbalances by in-kind balancing, then Producers will adjust Producers’ nomination to comply with Downstream Transporter’s requirements.

  • If any discrepancy exists between Producers’ Scheduled Nomination and the quantity confirmed by the Downstream Transporter at any Delivery Point, then Gatherer will notify Producers and Producers will be responsible for correcting the discrepancy and will timely re-nominate the corrected quantity.

  • Transporter shall have the right to reject any Condensate received from a Shipper that (a) does not meet the quality specifications of such Shipper’s Downstream Transporter or (b) materially affects the quality of other shipments or causes disadvantage to other Shippers or the Transporter.


More Definitions of Downstream Transporter

Downstream Transporter means the applicable natural gas transporter (i) having facilities connected to the facilities of Gatherer (or its successors or assigns) at or near the tailgate of the Plant (as defined in the Processing Agreement) and (ii) receiving Residue Gas (as defined in the Processing Agreement) at such connection.
Downstream Transporter means any gatherer, intrastate or interstate pipeline directly connected to the Gathering System downstream of the Delivery Point(s).

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Transporter(s) means all Gas gathering or pipeline companies, or local distribution companies, acting in the capacity of a transporter, transporting Gas for Seller or Buyer upstream or downstream, respectively, of the Delivery Point pursuant to a particular transaction.

  • Universal waste transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of universal waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Gathering lines means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during oil or gas production or gathering operations.

  • Terminal means the EMV-enabled machine, terminal or other hardware device you obtain from NCR Voyix as an item of Hardware to use in connection with the Service to make the Offering to the Service User and to access the EMV PSP Service.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • In-stream Waste Concentration or "(IWC)" means the concentration of a discharge in the receiving water after mixing has occurred in the allocated zone of influence.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Storage operator means a person holding or applying for a permit.
