Receiving Shipper definition

Receiving Shipper means a Shipper to which gas is transferred by an originating Shipper pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05.
Receiving Shipper is the shipper accepting the Gas at the Receipt Point(s) and responsible for nominating it to the Delivery Point(s) in a Transfer. The Receiving Shipper must have either a Gathering agreement or a Gas Transfer receiving agreement in effect with Xxxxxxxx permitting Transfers (“Receiving Agreement”).

Examples of Receiving Shipper in a sentence

  • Energinet shall carry out Allocation at the GTF Point for both the Transferring Shipper and the Receiving Shipper (as these terms are defined in Rules for GTF) in accordance with the proce- dures specified in Rules for GTF.

  • The Natural Gas quantities, expressed in kWh/Hour, which the Receiving Shipper wishes to receive on the Gas Day via GTF, together with the Shipper Code of the Transferring Shipper.

  • However, please note that the available funds from the NSRF 2014-2020 for waste management projects stand at EUR 580 million, which is clearly less than the total necessary investment, assessed at approximately EUR 1.5 billion, without any clear indication as to how that financing gap will be covered.

  • Energinet shall carry out Allocation at the GTF Point for both the Transferring Shipper and the Receiving Shipper (as these terms are defined in Rules for GTF) in accordance with the proce- dures specified in Rules for GTF.Allocation at the ETF Point must be carried out by Energinet on the basis of the Nominations resulting from trades at Gaspoint Nordic in accordance with the procedures set out in the Rules for ETF.
