Examples of Draw Papers in a sentence

  • As between Owner and Contractor, Owner shall be responsible for timely compliance with the requirements of the Program Documents relating to the preparation and submittal of Draw Papers as needed to procure financing for the Project; provided that Contractor shall be responsible for providing on a timely basis the information and documentation respecting its performance obligations under this Agreement as needed for the preparation of such Draw Papers.

  • An amount equal to the lesser of (i) such aggregate amount of funds needed and (ii) the amount of funds available in the Project Fund (and not otherwise earmarked to pay the Costs of the Projects for the other Series 2012 Local Units) shall be applied to the payment of such Project Costs upon submission of the Draw Papers in accordance with subsection (c) below.
