Drawdown Schedule definition

Drawdown Schedule shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Sr. No. 22 of the Schedule I.

Drawdown Schedule means a schedule proposed by the Borrower, in form and substance approved by the Facility Agent, setting out the proposed Utilisation Dates and the amounts of proposed Utilisations during the Availability Period (as revised from time to time in accordance with Clause 19.5 (Drawdown Schedule)).
