Driving Data definition

Driving Data means video images; still images; sound recordings (unless prohibited by law): location information; GPS information; travel information or speed information taken by the installed Evaluation Hardware; all whether or not Processed. For avoidance of doubt, Driving Data does not include Trial User Data nor NetraDyne Derived Data.
Driving Data means the time of day, location and any and all other mileage data and vehicle information that is collected on or by a Device or other input method (including odometer images reported by phone) and transmitted to the emovis system for processing.
Driving Data means the date, time of day, general location (if applicable), mileage, and any and all other driving behavior or vehicle health information that is collected on or by a Device or the DriveSync App (where the DriveSync App is acting as Your mileage reporting method) and input into IMS systems for processing. The specific Driving Data elements collected will vary depending on the mileage reporting method selected by You; and (ii) “IMS Technology” means any IMS proprietary technology including the Device, the DriveSync App, hardware/software, third party software or hardware, systems, algorithms, processes or services licensed hereunder, which is made available for Your use in connection with the Pilot, and any documentation for same, whether in commercial release or pre-release form.

Related to Driving Data

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Dataset means the data specified in Appendix 1 (Environmental Information) to Schedule 11.2 (Management Information) as the same may be amended from time to time by the Secretary of State (acting reasonably);

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Summary data means statistical records and reports derived from data on individuals but in which individuals are not identified and from which neither their identities nor any other characteristic that could uniquely identify the individual is ascertainable.

  • Post-consumer material means a material or finished product that has served its intended use and has been discarded for disposal or recovery, having completed its life as a consumer item. Post consumer material is a part of the broader category of "recycled content."

  • Log means the up-to-date log that is used to track all Modifications to the Facility since the date of this Certificate as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that
