Travel Information. Each parent shall provide to the other an itinerary of any trip and contact information, including telephone numbers, at least 14 days before traveling with the Child/Children more than sixty miles from that parent’s residence.

Travel Information. Family Creations works with egg donors and recipient parents from all over the United States. (Some of our recipient parents even live outside of the United States and they travel all the way here to work with our donors!) If the recipient parent's doctor is located out of state or out of the area in which you live, then travel will be necessary. Donors are required to make a total of two separate trips during the process. The first trip is a quick trip and you as the donor will travel alone for this visit. The purpose of this trip is so you can meet with the recipient's physician and they can perform all the necessary testing that is required for the process. This is typically done without staying overnight, (you fly in, have your appointment and then fly back home) although sometimes overnight stay is needed. All of your travel expenses are covered by the recipient that has selected you. Family Creations arranges all your travel arrangements including flights, hotel, and ground transportation. (Please review the policies and procedures form for more information on donor travel). There are no out of pocket expenses that you as the donor would incur. After the first visit we will arrange for you to see a doctor local to you for several monitoring appointments. □ The second trip to the recipient's doctor's office will occur at the end of the cycle when it comes time for the egg retrieval procedure. For this trip, you will be required to travel with an adult companion. (This is so you have assistance the day of the egg retrieval procedure and someone to accompany you back to the hotel.) When it comes time for the egg retrieval both you and your companion will fly back to the location where the recipient’s doctor is located, and this time stay anywhere from 4 to 10 days typically. Many donors describe this visit as a mini vacation; although you are gone for 4 to 10 days you are in about 5 hours of doctor's appointments total so there will be a lot of free time that you and your companion can spend checking out the sites and enjoying a new city! Just like the first trip, there are no out of pocket expenses for you OR your companion and Family Creations will make all the necessary travel arrangements. A.13.1 Please note that we can provide general information about the passport and visa requirements for your trip, but your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. Any information supplied by us on these or related matters (such as climate, when to travel, clothing, baggage, personal items etc.) is given as general guidance and in good faith but we do not accept liability for any decisions made on the basis of the information supplied.
A.13.2 The passport, visa and health requirements at the time of booking can be viewed on the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office website (xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx). It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, including (but not limited to) evidence of immunisation or other confirmations. You must also arrange travel insurance (including health cover) and ensure you are in compliance with any other immigration requirements, before you travel. If you or members of your party are UK residents, you must ensure that you all hold passports issued within the last 10 years, which are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel (note that if you renewed your current passport before the previous one expired, extra months may have been added to its expiry date. Any extra months on your passport over 10 years will not count towards the 6 months needed).
A.13.3 As a result of Brexit, there are new visa requirements and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of, and comply with, these rules before you travel. For instance, you will need to ensure that you comply with any new rules regarding entry and stay in the Schengen area in Europe, and if appropriate, apply for relevant visa(s) in advance of travel. Otherwise, you could face penalties including deportation and entry bans.
A.13.4 You must also check passport and visa requirements with the embassy or consulate of the country(ies) you are travelling to or through.
A.13.5 Neither we, nor the Travel Providers, accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Travel Information. 1. Railway undertakings, tour operators and ticket vendors offering transport contracts on behalf of one or more railway undertakings shall provide the passenger, upon request, with at least the information set out in Annex II, Part I in relation to the journeys for which a transport contracts are offered by the railway undertaking concerned.
2. Railway undertakings and, where possible, ticket vendors and tour operators, shall provide the passenger during the journey with at least the information set out in Annex II, Part II. Where a station manager has such information, he or she shall also provide the information to the passengers.
3. The information referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be provided in the most appropriate format, where possible based on real-time travel information, including by using appropriate communication technologies. Particular attention shall be paid to ensuring that this information is accessible in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Commission Regulations 454/2011 and 1300/2014.
1. Infrastructure managers shall distribute real-time data relating to the arrival and the departure of trains to railway undertakings, ticket vendors, tour operators and station managers.
2. Railway undertakings shall provide other railway undertakings, ticket vendors and tour operators that sell their services with access to minimum travel information referred to in Annex II, Parts I and II, and to the operations on reservation systems referred to in Annex II, Part III.
3. Information shall be distributed and access shall be granted in a non-discriminatory manner and without undue delay. A one-off request shall be sufficient to have continuous access to information. The infrastructure manager and the railway undertaking obliged to make available information in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 may request the conclusion of a contract or other arrangement on whose basis information is distributed or access is granted. The terms and conditions of any arrangement for the use of the information shall not unnecessarily restrict possibilities for its reuse or be used to restrict competition. Railway undertakings may require from tour operators, ticket vendors and other railway undertakings a fair, reasonable and proportionate financial compensation for the costs incurred in providing the access, and infrastructure managers may require a compensation in accordance with the applicable rules.
