Dry Weather definition

Dry Weather means those days with less than 0.1 inch of rainfall, and occurring more than three days after a Rain Day.
Dry Weather means a period in which there has not been a measurable precipitation event within a twenty-four (24) hour period.
Dry Weather means a twenty-four (24) hour period with no more than one-tenth of an inch of rainfall, preceding a combined sewer overflow event.

  • In keeping with OCSD's long-standing policy on all sewer system connections, nothing in this Agreement or in the DWUR Permit shall be construed to provide OCFCD with any vested entitlement to discharge Dry Weather Urban Runoff to the Sewerage System or with a capacity right in the Sewerage System, and OCFCD hereby disclaims any such vested entitlement or capacity right arising directly or indirectly from this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no discharge of Dry Weather Urban Runoff to the Sewerage System may occur prior to issuance of a DWUR Permit pursuant to Section 4.0 herein.

More Definitions of Dry Weather

Dry Weather means a period in which there has not been a measurable precipitation event (greater than 0.01 inches) within the preceding twenty-four-hour period. A measurable precipitation event may include the impact of snow melt even when there has been no precipitation in the preceding 24-hour period.
Dry Weather means any period which does not fall within the definition of Wet Weather Event.
Dry Weather means no measurable rainfall (<0.01”) in the 48 hours preceding screening. The 48-hour dry period is flexible due to differences in ‘flashiness’ and time of concentration in Seattle’s urban conveyance systems. The sampling schedule must also account for tidal intrusion in areas of the City influenced by tidal flows.
