DSCKE Participant definition

DSCKE Participant means a person who has fulfilled the requirements set out in By-law 13.00.
DSCKE Participant means a person who has fulfilled the requirements set out in By-law 11.00.

Examples of DSCKE Participant in a sentence

  • Without restricting the generality of By-law 20.00, a Candidate, Participant, or DSCKE Participant shall be deemed to have compromised the integrity of the Examination or Assessment process if, at any time, an attempt is made, directly or indirectly, to contact members of the Board or Examiners outside the confines of an Examination or Assessment, for any reason pertaining to any aspect of an NDEB Assessments or Examinations.

  • A Candidate, Participant, or DSCKE Participant may seek to withdraw from the Examination or Assessment to void the results of the Examination or Assessment with a refund of fees, and to grant permission to the Candidate, Participant, or DSCKE Participant to register for the Examination or Assessment at another scheduled session of the Examination or Assessment.

  • Notwithstanding By-laws 20.03 to 20.04, if immediately prior to or during an Examination or Assessment a Board Official determines that a Candidate, Participant, or DSCKE Participant has compromised in any matter what so ever the integrity of the Examination or Assessment, the Board Official may immediately dismiss the Candidate, Participant, or DSCKE Participant from the Examination or Assessment.

  • In any event and under no circumstances will the Executive Committee hear a Compassionate Appeal that has been received by the NDEB on or after the day on which the grades for an Assessment or Examination have been released by the NDEB to a Candidate, Participant, or DSCKE Participant.

  • A Candidate, Participant, or DSCKE Participant who is prevented from demonstrating his/her ability during the assessment or examination by virtue of a serious health circumstance or unanticipated extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the Candidate, Participant, or DSCKE Participant and which occurred immediately before or during the examination or assessment may, within one (1) week after the examination or assessment has concluded, submit a Compassionate Appeal to the Executive Committee.

  • CSSB 566 - POINT OF ORDER Representative Goodwin raised a point of order against further consideration of CSSB 566 under Rule 8, Section 10(b), of the House Rules on the grounds that the bill is limited in application to one or more political subdivisions by means of artificial devices.

  • Any such communication by a Candidate, Participant, or DSCKE Participant, or a person on behalf of the Candidate, Participant, or DSCKE Participant, with the Board and its officials must be made or directed to the Registrar.

  • FTR Participant means any Market Participant that provides or is required to provide Collateral in order to participate in PJM’s FTR auctions.

  • Inactive Participant means each Participant (other than a Retired Participant, Deceased Participant or Disabled Participant) who is not in active service as an Outside Director and is not actively employed by a Participating Company.

  • Plan Participant means a person who is eligible to receive, and is receiving, a pension benefit from the Plan.

  • Eligible Participant means an employee, officer, consultant or director of the Company or any Affiliate.

  • Designated Participant means a key Employee of the Company or any other Participating Company who is designated by the Committee in writing to participate in the Program.

  • Former Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has ceased to be a Participant for any reason.

  • A Participant or beneficiary ("claimant") who has not received benefits under the Plan that he or she believes should be paid shall make a claim for such benefits as follows:

  • U.S. Participant means a Participant who is a citizen of the United States or a resident of the United States, as defined in section 7701(a)(30)(A) and section 7701(b)(1) of the Code and any other Participant who is subject to tax under the Code with respect to compensatory awards granted pursuant to the Plan;

  • Loan Participant means each Purchaser and its respective successors and registered assigns, including any Certificate Holder.

  • Qualified Participant means a Participant who has attained age 55 and who has completed at least 10 years of participation in the Plan.

  • Terminated Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but whose employment has been terminated other than by death, Total and Permanent Disability or retirement.

  • Retired Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has become entitled to retirement benefits under the Plan.

  • Exchange Participant means (a) the Bank which is a person registered as a China Connect Exchange Participant (as defined in the SEHK China Connect Rules) by SEHK; or (b) where the context requires, any China Connect Exchange Participant (as defined in the SEHK China Connect Rules).

  • Eligible Employee means full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit who have completed four hundred and fifty (450) hours of service and who are not prohibited from contributing to the Plan by legislation or the Plan rules because of their age or because they are in receipt of a pension from the Plan.

  • Current Participant means a person who participated in the Plan during the Class Period and had an Active Account on May 11, 2018.

  • Disabled Participant with respect to a loan if it has no right to exercise any voting or other control rights with respect to such loan (other than the right to approve amendments to the material economic terms of such loan).

  • Study Participant means a person recruited to participate in the Study.

  • Non-U.S. Participant means any Participant that if it were a Lender would qualify as a Non-U.S. Lender.

  • Participating employee means an employee whose election to participate in a Plan has been approved by the employer.

  • First Tier Participant refers to the participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a grantee or subgrantee of Federal funds (such as the prime or general contractor). “Lower Tier Participant” refers any participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a First Tier Participant or other Lower Tier Participants (such as subcontractors and suppliers).
