Dublin Lease definition

Dublin Lease means the memorandum of agreement by and between Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and GAHF (formerly known as Mayfair Aviation Holdings Limited), dated September 10, 2007, with respect to the Dublin Property.
Dublin Lease means that certain Office Lease dated December 13, 1996 between CMI and Duke Realty Limited Partnership, as more fully described in the Assignment of Leasehold Interest.
Dublin Lease. That certain Lease and Security Agreement, dated as of April 29, 1997, by and between NHP, as Landlord and the Seller, as Tenant, as amended by First Amendment to Lease and Security Agreement and Related Documents (Dublin, Ohio), dated as of January 21, 1998, by and among NHP, the Seller and the Guarantor. Dublin Lease Documents: Collectively, all of the Existing Lease Documents relating to the Dublin Property described on EXHIBIT D attached hereto and any Lease Documents relating to the Dublin Property entered into after the date hereof in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • To the extent that the consent of the landlord to an assignment to Buyer Parent (or an Affiliate thereof) of the guaranty given by Seller Parent with respect to the Dublin Lease or the Mexicali Lease, each as described in Schedule 1.01(d), thereunder is not obtained on or prior to the Closing, Seller Parent agrees that it shall remain bound by the terms of such guaranty with respect to payment obligations for the term of such lease until such consent is obtained.

Dublin Lease means that certain Office Lease Agreement for real property executed by Duke Realty Limited Partnership, as lessor, and CMI, as lessee, and dated as of December 13, 1996, as amended to date.

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Existing Lease shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 10.7.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Operating Lease of a Person means any lease of Property (other than a Capitalized Lease) by such Person as lessee which has an original term (including any required renewals and any renewals effective at the option of the lessor) of one year or more.

  • Wet Lease means any arrangement whereby Owner or a Permitted Lessee agrees to furnish the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to a third party pursuant to which the Aircraft, Airframe or Engine shall at all times be in the operational control of Owner or a Permitted Lessee, provided that Owner’s obligations under the Trust Indenture shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any such arrangement.

  • Head Lease or “Superior Lease” means the document which sets out the promises the Landlord has made to the Superior Landlord. The promises contained in this Head Lease will bind the Tenant if he has prior knowledge of those promises.

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).

  • Leased space means individual storage space at a self-service storage facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.
