Dynamics Customers definition

Dynamics Customers means end users of Microsoft Dynamics products for whom Company provides Microsoft Dynamics product related services. Company must initiate requests on behalf of a Dynamics Customer and coordinate and participate in the delivery of the Subcontracted Services with Microsoft through the resource described in the Subcontracted Services Description. By initiating a support request on behalf of its Dynamics Customer, Company represents that it has obtained consent from such Dynamics Customer to provide the required contact information to Microsoft and for Microsoft to contact the Dynamics Customer. The Subcontracted Services Description is incorporated into and forms part of the Agreement, and may be changed in Microsoft’s discretion in the manner described in Section 14(h)(2) below.

Company must initiate requests on behalf of a Dynamics Customer and coordinate and participate in the delivery of the Subcontracted Services with MicrosoG through the resource described in the Subcontracted Services Description. By initiating a support request on behalf of its Dynamics Customer, Company represents that it has obtained consent from such Dynamics Customer to provide the required contact information to MicrosoG and for MicrosoG to contact the Dynamics Customer. The Subcontracted Services Description is incorporated into and forms part of the Agreement, and may be changed in MicrosoG’s discretion in the manner described in Section 14(h)(2) below.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

  • Top Customers has the meaning specified in Section 4.28(a).

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Open Access Customer means a consumer permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person, other than Distribution Licensee of his area of supply, and the expression includes a generating company and a Licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of open access;

  • Major Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 5.27.

  • wholesale customer means a natural or legal person purchasing electricity for the purpose of resale inside or outside the system where he is established;

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Significant Customers shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • New Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 17.3(b).

  • Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company

  • Host Customer means the customer account directly connected to a Customer-Generator Facility or Community Energy Facility, or, for a stand-alone Community Energy Facility, the customer account as designated by the Subscribers who share the energy production of the Community Energy Facility.

  • Company Customer means a person or entity for whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries was providing services either at the time of, or at any time within the twelve (12) months preceding the Termination Date, and for whom the Participant had direct contact with and/or carried out or oversaw a material business responsibility during said twelve (12) month period or about whom the Participant had exposure to or received Confidential Information as a result of the Participant’s employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
