Early Retirement Option Expiration Date definition

Early Retirement Option Expiration Date means, with respect to each applicable grant of Options or Stock Appreciation Rights, the first to occur of (A) the expiration of such grant’s respective term (as set forth in the applicable option or stock appreciation right agreement or notice), or (B) the date twelve months, plus the number of months in the Early Retirement Extension Period, after the Deemed Retirement Date (e.g. if the Early Retirement Extension Period is 4 months, the date referenced in this Subsection (B) would be 16 months after the Deemed Retirement Date).
Early Retirement Option Expiration Date means, (i) with respect to Options or Stock Appreciation Rights granted prior to the Effective Date, the first to occur of (A) the expiration of such grant’s respective term (as set forth in the applicable option or stock appreciation right agreement or notice), or (B) the date twelve months, plus the number of months in the Early Retirement Extension Period, after the Deemed Retirement Date (e.g., if the Early Retirement Extension Period is 4 months, the date referenced in this Subsection (B) would be 16 months after the Deemed Retirement Date) and (ii) with respect to Options or Stock Appreciation Rights granted on or following the Effective Date, the first to occur of (A) the expiration of such grant’s respective term (as set forth in the applicable option or stock appreciation right agreement or notice), or (B) the four-year anniversary of the date of the Early Retirement.

Examples of Early Retirement Option Expiration Date in a sentence

  • All Options or Stock Appreciation Rights which have vested on or prior to the Termination Date, but which have not expired, been exercised, or otherwise terminated, shall remain vested and exercisable through the Early Retirement Option Expiration Date and shall thereafter terminate.

  • All Options or Stock Appreciation Rights which have vested on or prior to the Termination, but which have not expired, been exercised, or otherwise terminated, shall remain vested and exercisable through the Early Retirement Option Expiration Date.

  • Option Expiration Date means the last day of the maximum term of an Option.

  • Early Retirement Date means the Retirement, as defined below, of the Executive on a date which occurs prior to the Executive attaining sixty-two (62) years of age, but after the Executive has attained fifty-five (55) years of age.

  • Optional Termination Date Any Distribution Date on or after which the Stated Principal Balance (after giving effect to distributions to be made on such Distribution Date) of the Mortgage Loans is less than 10.00% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Normal Retirement Date means the later of the Normal Retirement Age or Termination of Employment.

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Purchase Termination Date means the date upon which the Transferor shall cease, for any reason whatsoever, to make purchases of Receivables from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall terminate for any reason whatsoever.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(a).

  • Early Termination Date means the date determined in accordance with Section 6(a) or 6(b)(iv).

  • Early Retirement Age means the date that the Executive has attained age 55 and completed seven Years of Service.

  • Earliest Retirement Age means the earliest date on which, under the Plan, the Participant could elect to receive retirement benefits.

  • Premium Termination Date With respect to the Series A Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series A Certificates, with respect to the Series B Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series B Certificates and with respect to the Series C Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series C Certificates.

  • Early Retirement Benefit means the retirement benefit payable to a member following early

  • Deferred Retirement Date means, in the case of any Participant who continues in employment after his Normal Retirement Date, the first day of any month following his actual retirement.

  • Final Termination Date means the last date of the final year in which the Applicant is required to Maintain Viable Presence and as further identified in Section 2.3.E of this Agreement.

  • Outside Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(f).

  • Disability Date means the date on which a Participant is deemed disabled under the employee benefit plans of the Corporation applicable to the Participant.

  • Retirement Date means the date as of which a Participant retires for reasons other than Total and Permanent Disability, whether such retirement occurs on a Participant's Normal Retirement Date or Late Retirement Date (see Section 6.1).

  • Optional Termination The termination of the trust created hereunder in connection with the purchase of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to Section 9.01(a) hereof.
