Examples of EBPP Service in a sentence
The Customer may terminate the EBPP Service or the Single Sign-on Service (or both) by giving prior notice of a reasonable period to the Bank in such manner or by such means specified by or acceptable to the Bank from time to time, subject to payment or discharge of any obligations and liabilities (whether actual or contingent) owing by the Customer to the Bank pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
At the request of the Customer (in such manner or by such means as the Bank may specify), the Bank may at its discretion arrange for the enrolment of the Customer with a Relevant Participating Entity designated by the Customer to enable the Customer to use the EBPP Service provided by HSL with respect to that Relevant Participating Entity.
The Customer may use the EBPP Service with respect to a Relevant Participating Entity if and only if the Relevant Participating Entity approves the Customer Enrolment Request.
The Customer is permitted to enrol for the EBPP Service with respect to the same bill issued by a Relevant Participating Entity for a maximum of 5 times, whether the enrolment is effected through the Bank or any other Participating Bank.
If a Relevant Participating Entity approves a Customer Enrolment Request of the Customer, the Customer may begin using the EBPP Service with respect to that Relevant Participating Entity from such date to be specified by the Bank.
From such date to be specified by the Bank, the Customer who has made a donation (eligible to be covered by the EBPP Service) to a Relevant Participating Entity may request a Relevant Participating Entity to present an e-donation receipt summary to it using the EBPP Service.
Enquiries regarding identity of bill owner The Customer shall respond to the Bank on any enquiry forwarded by the Bank to the Customer regarding whether a person is the bill owner accepted by the Customer for the purpose of the EBPP Service with respect to the bills specified in the enquiry, within 8 Business Days (or such other period as the Bank may specify from time to time) from the date on which the enquiry is forwarded by the Bank.
The Customer shall comply with the provisions of all the rules, guidelines and operating procedures (including the Operating Procedures) relating to the EBPP Service issued by HSL from time to time.
The Committee shall also meet periodically with management, including the Company’s chief legal officer, the Company’s chief internal auditor and the Company’s independent auditor in separate executive sessions to discuss any matters that the Committee or each of these groups believe should be discussed privately.
