EBPP Service definition

EBPP Service means the Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment service provided by HSL from time to time to facilitate the dissemination and access of e-info by Participating Entities and their respective customers;
EBPP Service means the Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment service provided by HSL from time to time to (i) facilitate the dissemination and access of e-info by Participating Merchants and their respective Consumers, and (ii) allow the Consumers to make payment or donation to the respective Participating Merchants through the Participating Banks;
EBPP Service or “Service”) that is described further below. This Agreement applies to EBPP Service offered through our online banking site (the “Site”) and the portion of the Site through which the EBPP Service is offered.

  • The Customer may terminate the EBPP Service or the Single Sign-on Service (or both) by giving prior notice of a reasonable period to the Bank in such manner or by such means specified by or acceptable to the Bank from time to time, subject to payment or discharge of any obligations and liabilities (whether actual or contingent) owing by the Customer to the Bank pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

  • We will advise you when you enroll in the EBPP Service of your initial EBPP ACH Limit, and you agree not to exceed it.

  • Bank shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Payor’s access to the EBPP Platform if it reasonably believes that Bank or Customer may suffer losses or liability due to any actions taken by, or the breach of the obligations of, such Payor or anyone accessing an EBPP Platform through such Payor’s account, and such suspension or termination shall not constitute a breach by Bank of any of its obligations under these EBPP Service terms or the Master Agreement.

EBPP Service means the Electronic Xxxx Presentment and Payment service provided by HSL from time to time to facilitate the dissemination and access of e-info by Participating Entities and their respective customers; "e-xxxx summary" means an electronic xxxx summary issued by a Relevant Participating Entity in respect of a xxxx (that is eligible to be covered by the EBPP Service) in a prescribed format for presentment to the Customer using the EBPP Service; "e-info" means an e-xxxx summary, e-receipt summary or any related information (or all of them);

Related to EBPP Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) is a provider of enhanced services as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer.   • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.
