Education Version definition

Education Version means a version of the Software, so identified, for use by students and faculty of educational institutions, only.
Education Version means Software Products designated on the License Fee List from time to time by Adobe in its sole discretion, as being for distribution to Educational Establishments only.
Education Version means a version of the API/SDK and/or Documentation, so identified, for use by an educational institution qualified and/or approved by DFT, including the educational institution’s students and faculty. An “Education Version” shall not be used for a commercial purpose, and is neither a Commercial Version (as defined above) nor a Trial Version (as defined above). An Education Version of the API/SDK and/or Documentation may, among other things, (1) have limited features and functionality; (2) lack the ability for the User to create, modify, and/or save Work Product; and (3) cease operating after a predetermined amount of time. An Education Version of the API/SDK and/or Documentation shall not be used for any commercial purpose, and User shall not distribute to third parties, or permit third parties to access, the Education Version of the API/SDK, Documentation and/or User Work Product. User of an Education Version hereby acknowledges, agrees and represents that he/she/it does not possess any rights or license identified in section 2.1 or section 2.2 above.

Examples of Education Version in a sentence

  • A Trial Version shall not be used for a commercial purpose, and it is neither a Commercial Version (as defined above) nor an Education Version (as defined below).

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DFT grants the User of a Trial Version a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license in the field of use to access and use the Trial Version of the API/SDK and the Documentation solely to review and evaluate the Trial Version of the API/SDK and/or Documentation for a limited time period to determine whether to purchase a license to a Commercial Version or Education Version of the API/SDK and/or Documentation.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DFT grants the User of an Education Version a limited, worldwide, non- exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license in the field of use to access and use the Education Version of the API/SDK and the Documentation solely to: (i) develop, test, display and execute User Work Product; and (ii) create functionality to extract and display library content in User Work Product.

  • Except if the Software is an Education Version: If this copy of the Software is an upgrade from an earlier version of the Software, you must possess a valid full license to a copy of an earlier version of the Software used to upgrade to this upgrade copy in order to install and/or use this upgrade copy.

  • If the Software is an Education Version: If this copy of the Software is an upgrade from an earlier version of the Software, you must possess a valid full license to a copy of an earlier version of the Software used to upgrade to this upgrade copy in order to install and/or use this upgrade copy, and the upgrade copy is provided to you on a license exchange basis.

  • If this copy of the Software ("New License") has been acquired via a permitted exchange (other than in connection with an upgrade) with a different type of Software license previously acquired by you ("Old License") (e.g. Education Version license for a Commercial Version license, where permitted), you must possess a valid full license to a copy of such Old License in order to install and/or use this New License, and the New License is provided to you on a license exchange basis.

  • An Education Version of the API/SDK and/or Documentation shall not be used for any commercial purpose, and User shall not distribute to third parties, or permit third parties to access, the Education Version of the API/SDK, Documentation and/or User Work Product.

  • An Education Version of the API/SDK and/or Documentation may, among other things, (1) have limited features and functionality; (2) lack the ability for the User to create, modify, and/or save Work Product; and (3) cease operating after a predetermined amount of time.

Education Version means Software indicated by Adobe for the education market, as identified as such from time to time by Adobe in its sole discretion in the License Fee Lists, which are provided or made available to You.

You may not use it for competitive analysis, or commercial, professional, or for-profit purposes. Backup Copy: Regardless of which version of the Software you have acquired, you may make one archival (backup) copy of the Software. Such archival copy may not be installed on another computer, unless such computer is a partitioned drive of a server to which only the authorized user has access. In any event, the archival copy may not be used or installed as long as another copy of the Software is installed on any computer. If the Documentation is in printed form, it may not be copied. If the Documentation is in electronic form, it may not be duplicated electronically; however, you may print out one (1) copy, which may not be copied.

Related to Education Version

  • Education means planned and organized activity by a consultant to impart information to employers and employees to enable them to establish and maintain employment and a place of employment that are safe and healthful.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • General hospital means a subclass of hospital that provides surgical services and emergency services.

  • Health services means, but shall not be limited to, examination, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, pharmaceuticals, aftercare, habilitation or rehabilitation and mental health therapy of any kind, as well as payment or reimbursement for any such services.

  • Solutions means Products and Services provided under this “CPE Products & Services; Professional Services” Section.

  • Health care means any of the following intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of a human ailment or impairment:

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.
