Educational support personnel definition

Educational support personnel means all classified employees of a school district, other than teachers, who are represented by an employee organization.
Educational support personnel. (“ESP”) when used hereafter in this Agreement shall refer to employees working as Paraprofessionals, a Registered Nurse (“RN”), Security, Maintenance, Supplemental Maintenance, ROTC, and Athletic Trainers. “Maintenance Staff” when used hereafter in this Agreement shall refer to employees who are on the Maintenance Staff Hourly Rate Schedule, except for 9-month Cafeteria Helpers and 10-month Custodians. “Supplemental Maintenance” when used hereafter in this Agreement shall refer to 9-month Cafeteria Helpers and 10-month Custodians.
Educational support personnel means district-based and school-based employees, including professional staff, technicians, secretar- ies, clerks, skilled workers, transportation employ- ees, food service employees, and custodial and maintenance workers.

The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • Local support means funds from tax sources, gifts, endowments, penal fines, or other funds received from local sources, excluding state and federal aid as stated in this act.
