Efficiently Used means that at least sixty percent (60%) of the Collocator’s specific type of CFA (cable pairs, coaxial or fiber facilities) requested is currently being used for the purpose of interconnecting to AT&T-22STATE’s network for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service or Exchange Access and/or means the Collocator is using between sixty (60) and one hundred percent (100%) of the Collocator’s existing Collocation space arrangement in a particular Eligible Structure.
Efficiently Used means that at least sixty percent (60%) of the Collocator’s specific type of CFA (cable pairs, coaxial or fiber facilities) requested is currently being used for the purpose of interconnecting to AT&T-21STATE’s network for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service or Exchange Access and/or means the Collocator is using between sixty (60) and one hundred percent (100%) of the Collocator’s existing Collocation space arrangement in a particular Eligible Structure.
Efficiently Used means that substantially all of the floor space is taken up by the equipment permitted in the Telephone Company tariffs. Such equipment must be placed no greater than 20% above the minimum distribution permitted by Telecordia Technologies Network Engineering Building System (NEBS) Generic Equipment Requirements (GR- 63-CORE).

Efficiently Used means that substantially all of the floor space
Efficiently Used means that substantially all of the floor space is taken up by the equipment specified in the Telephone Company tariffs. Such equipment must be placed no greater than 20% above the minimum distribution permitted by Telcordia Network Engineering Building System (NEBS) Generic Equipment Requirements (GR-63-CORE). The determination as to whether or not this criterion is met is solely within the reasonable judgement of the Telephone Company.
Efficiently Used. “Efficiently used space” means all existing collocation space, caged and/or cageless, currently existing in a particular Eligible Structure, measured in “single bay” increments, except for one, must be at one hundred percent (100%) utilization, with only one caged or cageless arrangement utilizing between sixty percent (60%) and one hundred percent (100%) of the assigned space. “Efficiently used CFA” means that at least sixty percent (60%) of the specific type of CFA (cable pairs, coaxial or fiber facilities) is currently being used. The determination as to whether this criterion is met within the reasonable judgment of SBC-13STATE.‌
