In the event of a conflict of interest, the EIB Group shall take appropriate measures.
The EIB Group should deliver advisory initiatives under the policy windows.
Given its role under the Treaties, its capacity to operate in all Member States and the existing experience under the current financial instruments and the EFSI, the EIB Group should remain a privileged implementing partner under the InvestEU Fund's EU compartment.
