Elected Bonus Amount definition

Elected Bonus Amount means the amount of the Bonus, as elected by the Participant, that would otherwise be paid in cash, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6;
Elected Bonus Amount means the amount of the Bonus, as elected by the Participant, between 0% and 100% of any Bonus that would otherwise be paid in cash;
