Electronic Catalogue definition

Electronic Catalogue means a single tool for drawing up and submitting tenders electronically.
Electronic Catalogue means the structured electronic and/or digital version of the Catalogue suitable for display and inter rogation on the Website.
Electronic Catalogue means the online electronic catalogue which CCS may establish during the Framework Period and through which the Supplier may offer commoditised services to Contracting Bodies

  • The following criteria and weightings shall be applied to the Framework Suppliers' commoditised Services as included within the Electronic Catalogue.

  • We have no control over and are not responsible for the quality, description, fitness for purpose, safety or legality of any goods or services offered by You or any Suppliers or the truth or accuracy of the Electronic Catalogue, the ability of You or any Suppliers to sell goods or deliver services or the ability of any Buyers to buy goods or services, and We give no warranties or representations thereto.

  • Subject to paragraphs 1 to 6 above, a Buyer may award a Call Off Contract with the Supplier by sending (including electronically) a signed order form substantially in the form (as may be amended or refined by the Buyer in accordance with paragraph 3.1.2 above) of the Template Order Form set out in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Forms and Template Call Off Terms) or, in respect of commoditised Services ordered via the catalogue, completing and submitting the Order via the Electronic Catalogue.

  • SWL grants to You a limited licence to use the Site from the Implementation Date for the purposes of searching the Supplier’s Electronic Catalogue, and making and placing orders and/ or requests for quotations for goods and services.

Electronic Catalogue means the structured electronic and or digital version of the Catalogue suitable for display and interrogation on the Site.
Electronic Catalogue means a systematic database of actual offers, which is formed and maintained by centralized procurement organization in the electronic procurement system and used for procurement by contacting authority for the purpose of selecting the supplier of the goods, the value of which are less than the value specified in paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part 1 of the Article 3 of this Law;
Electronic Catalogue means a systematized database of actual proposals which is formed and maintained by centralized procurement organization in the electronic procurement system and used for procurement by contracting authority for the purpose of selecting the supplier of goods, the value of which are less than the value specified in points 1- 3 of part 1 of Article 3 of this Law. Functioning of the electronic catalogue is ensured in particular by providing paid access to this catalogue to the authorized electronic sites. For customers, the use of the electronic catalogue is free;
Electronic Catalogue means a web resource that provides information on products and services offered and sold by a vendor and supports on-line ordering and payment capabilities;
Electronic Catalogue means the digital version of your catalogue suitable for display and interrogation on the Site. “PunchOut” means an eProcurement solution that provides access to Your Electronic Catalogue via the Advanced Marketplace.

  • Electronic cigarette means any oral device that provides a vapor of liquid nicotine, lobelia, and/or other similar substance, and the use or inhalation of which simulates smoking. The term shall include any such devices, whether they are manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, or under another product name or descriptor.

  • Electronic cleaner means a product labeled for the removal of dirt, moisture, dust, flux, or oxides from the internal components of electronic or precision equipment such as circuit boards, and the internal components of electronic devices, including but not limited to, radios, compact disc (CD) players, digital video disc (DVD) players, and computers. “Electronic Cleaner” does not include “General Purpose Cleaner,” “General Purpose Degreaser,” “Dusting Aid,” “Pressurized Gas Duster,” “Engine Degreaser,” “Electrical Cleaner,” “Energized Electrical Cleaner,” “Anti-Static Product,” or products labeled to clean the casings or housings of electronic equipment. “Electronic Cleaner” does not include any product that meets both of the following criteria:

  • Electronic Communication Network means the transmission line connecting the data transmission place and the data receiving place.

  • Catalogue of electronic communications means information that identifies each person with which a user has had an electronic communication, the time and date of the communication, and the electronic address of the person.

  • Electronic communication device means any mode of electronic communication, including but not limited to computers, cell phones, PDAs, or the internet.
