Eligibility Reports definition

Eligibility Reports means those reports prepared by Employer and furnished to Administrative Agent detailing the individuals eligible to participate in the Plan, the Benefit Options selected by the Participants, the Employer Contribution to each Benefit Option selected and the Employee’s Contribution to each Benefit Option selected as amended from time to time.
Eligibility Reports means the reports issued by Sponsor to ESI pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof, which shall indicate the name of each current Member as of the date of such report and such other information as ESI may reasonably request.
Eligibility Reports has the meaning given in Section 2.8.

Examples of Eligibility Reports in a sentence

  • PARTICIPATING MEDICAL GROUP shall receive a copy of the Eligibility Reports at PARTICIPATING MEDICAL GROUP’s main site.

  • BLUE CROSS shall maintain, update and distribute monthly, Member Eligibility Reports listing the persons who are eligible to receive Covered Medical Services during the applicable month.

  • From time to time thereafter, Employer shall provide Administrative Agent with updated Eligibility Reports by electronic medium unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

  • The Eligibility Reports shall specify the information requested by Administrative Agent which shall include, but not be limited to, the effective date for each Participant who is added to or terminated from participation in the Plan.

  • Administrative Agent shall, based upon the Eligibility Reports prepared by Employer, pay Claims in its usual and customary manner to Participants from the Plan Account(s) established by Employer.

  • Employer shall furnish to Administrative Agent all information requested by Adminis- trative Agent to perform Administrative Agent’s duties under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, accurate Eligibility Reports.

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Eligibility Requirements means, with respect to any Person, that such Person has at least $200,000,000 in capital/statutory surplus or shareholders’ equity (except with respect to a pension advisory firm or similar fiduciary) and at least $600,000,000 in total assets (in name or under management), and is regularly engaged in the business of making or owning commercial real estate loans (or interests therein), mezzanine loans (or interests therein) or commercial loans (or interests therein) similar to the Mortgage Loan.

  • Eligibility and selection criteria means criteria for determining:

  • Feasibility Report means a detailed report, in form and substance sufficient for presentation to arm's length institutional lenders considering project financing, showing the feasibility of placing any part of the Property into commercial production as a Mine and shall include a reasonable assessment of the various categories of ore reserves and their amenability to metallurgical treatment, a complete description of the work, equipment and supplies required to bring such part of the Property into commercial production and the estimated cost thereof, a description of the mining methods to be employed and a financial appraisal of the proposed operations and including at least the following: (i) a description of that part of the Property to be covered by the proposed Mine; (ii) the estimated recoverable reserves of Minerals and the estimated composition and content thereof; (iii) the proposed procedure for development, mining and production; (iv) results of ore amenability treatment tests (if any); (v) the nature and extent of the facilities proposed to be acquired, which may include mill facilities if the size, extent and location of the ore body makes such mill facilities feasible, in which event the study shall also include a preliminary design for such mill; (vi) the total costs, including capital budget, which are reasonably required to purchase, construct and install all structures, machinery and equipment required for the proposed Mine, including a schedule of timing of such requirements; (vii) all environmental impact studies and costs of implementation; (viii) the period in which it is proposed the Property shall be brought to commercial production; and (ix) such other data and information as are reasonably necessary to substantiate the existence of an ore deposit of sufficient size and grade to justify development of a mine, taking into account all relevant business, tax and other economic considerations including a cost comparison between purchasing or leasing and renting of facilities and equipment required for the operation of the Property as a Mine.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Eligibility means the decision as to whether an individual qualifies, under financial and nonfinancial requirements, to receive program benefits.

  • Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.

  • Eligibility Criteria means the legal criteria as specified in the Clause 5 of this E- Auction Process Information Document;

  • Daily Report has the meaning set forth in Section 8.9(a).
