Eligible Families definition

Eligible Families means Full Fee parents or parents in receipt of Fee Subsidy financially responsible for the child care costs of Eligible Children.
Eligible Families defined. “Eligible families” means persons and families whose income does not exceed the maximum levels of income established by the division and other requirements established pursuant to chapter 319 of NRS and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

Eligible Families means families that are selected for Part 1 of the Project based on: (i) the BISP nationwide poverty scorecard surveys held in (a) 2009/2010 to determine eligibility of beneficiaries from 1 July 2013 to June 2016, (b) 2016/2017 to recertify eligibility of beneficiaries from 1 July 2016 onwards, and (c) the new eligible beneficiaries identified in the 2019/2020 national socio economic registry update; and (ii) their female head of the family being issued with the Borrower’s computerized national identity card;”
