Eligible Mortgaged Property definition

Eligible Mortgaged Property means all Real Property owned by a Borrower that is deemed by the Administrative Agent, in its Permitted Discretion, to be Eligible Mortgaged Property. Without limiting the foregoing, no Real Property shall be Eligible Mortgaged Property unless each of the following is satisfied:
Eligible Mortgaged Property means and includes any Mortgaged Property with respect to which Lender shall have received each of the items described below in clauses (a) through (e), and all such items shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender in its sole discretion:
Eligible Mortgaged Property means any Mortgaged Properties for which the Administrative Agent has received title opinions or other title information under Section 5.14(a) satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Additionally, Borrower shall deliver to Lender a Borrowing Base Certificate at any time Borrower wishes to add any Mortgaged Property as an Eligible Mortgaged Property to the Borrowing Base.

  • Senior Collateral means any “Collateral” as defined in any Credit Agreement Loan Document or any other Senior Debt Document or any other assets of the Borrower or any other Grantor with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted pursuant to a Senior Collateral Document as security for any Senior Obligations.

  • Collateral Pool means all of the Collateral.

  • Underlying Collateral means, with respect to a Loan Asset, any property or other assets designated and pledged or mortgaged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan Asset, as applicable, including, without limitation, mortgaged property and/or a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.
