Eligible Plans means Digi Postpaid Plans that were launched in the year 2021 as listed below:● Digi Postpaid 60 2021;● Digi Postpaid 60DS 2021;● Digi Postpaid 90 2021;● Digi Postpaid 90DS 2021;● Digi Postpaid 120 2021;● Digi Postpaid 120DS 2021;● Digi Postpaid 150 2021; and● Digi Postpaid 150DS 2021.
Eligible Plans. – means Digi or Celcom Postpaid Plan and CelcomDigi Fibre Plans that entitle to enjoy the rebate

More Definitions of Eligible Plans

Eligible Plans means any of the following products with a minimum premium amount as stated in the Promotion Table above (“Minimum Annualised Premium Amount”)
Eligible Plans means the bonus, incentive, commission or similar variable pay plans shown in Appendix B.

Related to Eligible Plans

  • Eligible Employees means each employee of the Company or an Affiliate.

  • eligible penalty means a judgment, penalty or fine awarded or imposed in, or an amount paid in settlement of, an eligible proceeding;

  • Deferred Compensation Plan means any plan, agreement or arrangement maintained by the Company from time to time that provides opportunities for deferral of compensation.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • Covered Employees means all employees and agents of the Company who are responsible for performing, supervising, overseeing, or managing activities related to the maintenance of online political files, as required by the Political Record- Keeping Statute and Rule.

  • Prior Plans means, collectively, the Company’s 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended, 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan. Awards granted under the Prior Plans continue to be governed under the terms of those Prior Plans.
