Employee Retention Plan definition

Employee Retention Plan means the PNM Resources, Inc. Employee Retention Plan, as it may be amended or replaced from time to time.
Employee Retention Plan means a program specifically designed to retain certain key employees, including certain executive officers currently employed by Target, for the duration of their employment with Purchaser, the form of which program Purchaser and Target shall negotiate in good faith prior to the Closing and which program shall be substantially similar to Helbiz’s 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
Employee Retention Plan means the employee retention plan which is described in Exhibit C to this Plan.
