In the event the Employee's employment is terminated pursuant to paragraph 3.4 or 3.6, the Company shall be obligated to pay to Employee Termination Payments equal to, in the aggregate, all of the Employee's then current base salary payable for the number of years, and fractions of years, remaining on the Term of this Agreement as defined in Section 3.2(g) above.
