Employment Related Expenses definition

Employment Related Expenses means distributions made by RPIFT to the Borrower the proceeds of which are, directly or indirectly, paid to the Investment Manager and/or the Manager for the payment of management fees, employee compensation and reimbursement of expenses.
Employment Related Expenses means employee benefits, including federal Insurance Contributions Act, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, workers' compensation, retirement, disability, long-term care insurance, dental, vision, life, accrued paid time off, and unrecovered medical costs furnished at the provider agency's cost.
Employment Related Expenses means those Dependent Care Expenses paid or incurred incident to maintaining employment after the date of the Employee’s participation in the Dependent Care Component of this Plan, other than amounts paid to:

Examples of Employment Related Expenses in a sentence

  • As specified in the Electronic Payment Card Program Agreement, you certify during the applicable Election Period that the card will only be used for Eligible Employment Related Expenses and that you have not been reimbursed for the expense and that you will not seek reimbursement for the expense from any other source.

Related to Employment Related Expenses

  • income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;

  • Related Expenses means any and all costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, reasonable attorney's fees, legal expenses, judgments, suits and disbursements) reasonably incurred by, or imposed upon, or asserted against, Lender in any attempt by Lender:

  • Termination Compensation means a monthly cash amount equal to one-twelfth ( 1/12th) of the highest amount of the annual cash compensation (including cash bonuses and other cash-based compensation, including for these purposes amounts earned or payable whether or not deferred) received by Executive during any one of the three (3) calendar years immediately preceding the calendar year in which Executive’s Termination Date occurs; provided, that if the cash compensation received by Executive during the Termination Year exceeds the highest amount of the annual cash compensation received by Executive during any one of the immediately preceding three (3) consecutive calendar years, the cash compensation received by Executive during the Termination Year shall be deemed to be Executive’s highest amount of annual cash compensation. In no event shall Executive’s Termination Compensation include equity-based compensation (e.g., income realized as a result of Executive’s exercise of non-qualified stock options or other stock based benefits).

  • Restructuring related costs means reasonably incurred costs
