Employment Requirement definition

Employment Requirement means the continuous employment of the Executive by the Company or a subsidiary on and after the Date of Grant through the date specified.
Employment Requirement and “Employment Requirements” means as described in Section 4.3.C.
Employment Requirement means the requirement under the Savings Plan that an employee complete a year of Continuous Employment in order to receive Matching Contributions. 2.16 "Fixed Income Balance" means an Employee's Fixed Income Balance in such person's Savings Account determined pursuant to Section 6.2.
