End Procurer means the Electricity Department of Andaman and Nicobar Administration

End Procurer means the persons to whom a license to undertake distribution and retail supply of electricity has been granted under Section 15 of the Act or is designated by the State Government to procure power on behalf of the licensees undertaking distribution and retail supply of electricity or open access consumer;
