Examples of End User Order in a sentence

  • The applicable End User Order will specify the Edition and the permitted number of licenses of each type and their appropriate usage, and you agree to stay within the license restrictions.

  • Additionally, where any End User Order is terminated during its Initial Term or otherwise on short notice in these circumstances then the Customer shall pay KCOM the Termination Payment specified in Schedule 3.

  • Where class of Service has been selected on the End User Order, CMT shall select its packet methodology from those available to it (as indicated on the Technical Capture Form) and it shall be the responsibility of CMT to ensure that any packets to be transmitted shall be marked accordingly.

Related to End User Order

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.
